a little bit about the artist
Looking back on my journey with creative expression, I smile thinking of where it all began:
painting along with Bob Ross from the comfort of my grandfather’s recliner. Episode after episode, I absorbed Bob’s gentle encouragement and wisdom—“Add a happy little tree here... and maybe one over there.” His joy in creating helped me believe I could do the same.
Bob Ross helped me shine.
Though I know Bob’s painting lessons aren’t the same as the Creator's work in us, I believe God used that season—those "happy accidents"—to begin stirring something deeper in me. It was God’s gentle nudge toward healing, purpose, and creative calling.
But the journey hasn’t always been easy. After facing "art injuries"—times of rejection, discouragement, and lack of support—I’ve learned how essential it is to protect and nurture our creative spark. Over time, I came to see that creativity is woven into all of us. Made in the image of the Creator, we are born to reflect His beauty in countless ways. Every brushstroke, every attempt, every offering matters—not to be judged, but to be celebrated as part of the process.
My goal is to shine God’s light and love through my art.
This site is more than just a gallery or shop. It’s a place to grow in community, to heal, and to remember that art can be a sacred journey.
